Bye bye Chilis

This is a photo of the homemade platter which I prepared yesterday while enjoying my day off at home. The platter consists of grilled tofu that is stuffed with cucumber (served with chili sauce made out of chilis, garlic and pineapple), mango salad (combination of mango, shallots, apple cider vinegar, chopped pennywort, topped with a mixture of flax, pumpkin and chia seeds), carrots and hummus in two versions (including the beet one).
Everyday I make a healthy choice of what I eat. It is an on-going experiment. Each day I will record which ingredient or food I think affects my skin condition. After a few days of experimenting with chilis, finally it has to be eliminated from my LUSCIOUS BITE diet.
