It was only yesterday I shared with you the recepi of Love-Me-Parsley Flaxseed Bread that is not only gluten free but also grain free that is rich with goodness for the body and soul.

After a great day at work yesterday, I got home feeling so pumped up and decided to bake another loaf of bread. Just this time I added additional 2 tablespoons of organice garlic powder into the recipe. Also, note that to achieve this size of a loaf of bread, I have doubled the portion of the recipe for all ingredients except that I kept the number of eggs to only 8 instead of 10. The result was perfect!
I have always loved the smell of freshly baked breads. The aroma lingered in my LOVE KITCHEN. It was the aroma that I have longed for. Now that I can eat breads again, I am counting my blessings over and over again. Wee!!!!
Another milestone is achieved. Tomorrow I shall enter Stage 6 of GAPS Nutritional Protocol and this means I can begin to also enjoy sweet treats and more bake goods...oh goodness heavenly me! I am so excited!
As you can see the very first photo showed a plate of sandwiches which I prepared this morning before off to work. I was astonished by the health benefits of Arugula and obviously I had to include them in my sandwiches today :)
Some of the benefits of Arugula:
* aid with weight loss (not that I need it)
* boost auto immune system
* anti-bacteria and anti-viral
* antioxidant
* cancer preventer
* promotes eyes, bones and brain health
* facilitates blood circulation
* promotes heart health
* helps with pregnancy
* prevents mascular degeneration
* packs with minerals
* aids in wound healing
Not only I love Arugula, now I can feel so thanksful biting every single leaf knowing how wonderful it is for my overall health.
For each of the sandwich, I added one lightly fried organic egg which I topped it with some organic macadamia butter and ground blackpepper to taste. See how easy to prepare a healthy yummy breakfast.
I shall pause here now with a proverb for you to ponder upon.
Eat your breakfast alone, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy.
Till soon and lots of love,
Aina
