Hi beautiful you! In all excitement, I'd like to share with you a breakfast recipe which I created this morning in my love kitchen. What I love about it: can be prepared within 10 minutes, very easy to make, it is wholesome free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar! Also, I just love the hint taste of sweetness and woody flavour of ground cinnamon combined with the a slight crunchy taste of the granny smith in my mouth. This one, you gotta try and I would love to hear your feedback.

So, it all began this morning when I woke up with a craving for cacao. I looked around my kitchen and saw a box of unopened 100% Cacao that is natural and unsweetened. I've almost forgotten about it. The sight of this brown box put a big smile on my little face!

In all excitement, I measured millet flakes, cacao powder and almond milk into a saucepan. Stirred the mixture well to create a good consistency before placing the saucepan onto the stove to boil. During the time, I cut one granny smith apple into half and continued to slice them into thinner pieces like those in the photo. When the mixture in the saucepan boiled, I turned the heat off and let it simmered for 3-4 minutes. In the meantime, I prepared some ground pumpkin seeds, ground cinnamon and goji berries which I used them to sprinkle over the top of granny smith slices.

When the porridge slightly cooled down, I transferred it into a bowl and arranged the ring of luschious to my delight - sprinkled some ground cinnamon, ground pumpkin seeds and goji berries over the arrangged slices of apple to give an extra taste, texture and nutritions to this creation.

So, here is the recipe for your to enjoy. Now you can have a wholesome breakfast to kick start your beautiful day in less than 10 minutes.

In the saucepan: Serve 1

1/2 cup of Organic Millet Flakes

1 1/4 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 - 1 tbsp of 100% Natural and Unsweetend Cacao Powder

Ring of Luscious:

A pinch of ground cinnamon

A teaspoon of ground pumpkin seeds

Some goji berries

1/2 Granny Smith Apple - slice into thin pieces

Note: I didn't add on any salt or sweetener at all. If you prefer you can opt for raw honey or maple syrup. I do not encourage addition of any form of refined sugar.
